One day to go...

Hello everyone,
Tomorrow is my last day as 2nd AD and Continuity Guy for the upcoming "Akademi Polis". It's been a splendid ride over the past 8 weeks and I surely miss all the fun and excitement I've got from my work. I'm very glad and proud of all the person involved in this project and I want you guys to know how much I appreciate all the cooperation and dedication you've given in making this shoot a success. Special shout out to :

Our Director :Mr. Yusof Kelana, Assistant Director : (soon to be a great Director :) ) Mr. Jafa "Tony" Montana, Production Managers :Abg Man and the outspoken Miss Kam, (Make-up and Wardrobe the bubly Kak Gee, Our propsmaster Mr.Sham Kilat and his assistant Angah, Our speed demon Runner Mr. Megat, Our X-tra loud Handyman Mr. Ayim (Ibrahim Lincoln) and not to forget our dedicated technical team from the current Director of Photography Mr. Zack Dragon and his crew of Mr. Zul, Miqay, Achik (Current Sound Guy) and Acap. My salute to all the actor and actresses: Fezrul Khan, Anding, Lando, Serina, Ozlyn Waty, Raja Azri, Saiful, Aifa, Nani, Elias, Syed Hady, Kamal, Sha-Sha Korea, Dato Aziz Singah, Sherry, Abg Alias, Mak, Chong, Hanis Suraya , the parents and extras and the 924 dedicated personnel from PULAPOL, Kuala Lumpur. If I missed anyone I'm really sorry!

In 7 days time, I'll get back to work... To a new environment. I'll meet with familiar faces but off course the not so familiar faces. Well, nothing to fear. I'm very optimistic and I hope I can give the team my best. This is Saddiq Raffali, signing off.

One month of shooting yet I'm still fat.. :)

Well. It's been a month since I began shooting. instead of losing weight which I have planned earlier on, I've managed to put on weight. I want to lose weight because my BMI has gone up 1 percent. This worries me and I want to do something about it. The problem is, I have to eat... (Yup! I ate A lot!)
My work requires me to work around the clock and I can't skip a meal. This is because if I choose to skip it, I'll feel weak and out of focus. This is totally different when I act. I can skip meal as easy as ABC's. My point is things are different when you're doing behind the scene work. But Alhamdulillah, I am still healthly and in a tip top condition. I'll continue my work to the best of my abilities and try not to disappoint those who work alongside me, Insyaallah.

Life ain't easy but you move on...

Hi guys,
I just came back from my work. So busy la. I've been wanting to write something...anything but I'm too tired. Today shoot ends around 11:45 p.m so I guessed I still got some energy to blog.
Well, I'm glad both my sisters are doing fine. Jannah still correcting the wrong while Ana is writing a song at the moment.... As for their infamous brother, I'm currently doing 2nd AD and Continuity for Yusof Kelana. It's hectic but so bloody fun! Especially when you are surrounded by artistes like Serina, Fezrul Khan, Anding, Raja Azrey, Zack Kool, Yasmin Haron, Sha Sha Korea, Lando and many more.
Plenty of shooting days to go but I'll do my best to do my job. Well Early call time tomorrow and it's already 4.10 a.m. OMG! Got to sleep la! See ya!

My name is Saddiq and I've just turned 27 last weekend. When you passed a certain age you want to do something new and exciting. So I've decided to blog. I want to response to others' blog too.
